Mount Elbert and South Mount Elbert

Mount Elbert is the highest 14er in Colorado, South Mount Elbert is a close neighbor, not formally recognized as a 14er on its own. Personally, climbing South Mount Elbert in its own right is a great adventure and I claim it as my 4th peak ;-) They are both beautiful and unique journeys ... next time I go up these though I will definitely double bag them.
